By creating an account or using FlipScale Pro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans: Basic $49/month, Teams $149/month, Annual $399/year. Prices are in USD.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or with our payment processor; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

• Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, enter unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse its services. Financial figures are estimates you provide; the app does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

5. Your Content

You own the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to run the app for you.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from any deal analysis.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will note the updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
