• Project & lead data: property addresses, state, financial figures, notes, photos, and videos you enter.
• Team data: names and emails of team members and contractors you invite.
• Payment data: subscription tier and status; card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never stored by us.
• Usage data: approximate device and interaction data to keep the app secure and improve reliability.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the app's features, process subscriptions, send account and task reminders you request, secure the service, and provide support. We process data only as described here or as required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help run the app (hosting, payments, email delivery) under appropriate contracts, or when required by law. We never sell your data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Account → Delete Account in the app, and deletion is irreversible.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us through the app's Contact page to exercise these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
